Our Story
Omni Links started as an internal tool at a growth agency that managed link campaigns for dozens of clients. Every team member had their own spreadsheet of links, UTM conventions varied between campaigns, and click data lived in five different dashboards. The result was wasted time, inconsistent branding, and analytics that nobody trusted.
We realised the problem wasn't unique to one agency — it was endemic to every marketing team, creator, and brand managing digital touchpoints at scale. Existing URL shorteners were built for individuals, not teams. They lacked workspace isolation, role-based access, dynamic routing, and the kind of real-time analytics that modern campaigns demand.
So we built Omni Links from the ground up: a link management platform designed for collaboration, automation, and scale. Today, over 10,000 workspaces rely on Omni Links to manage their branded short links, QR codes, bio link pages, and campaign analytics — all from a single dashboard.
